Now seeking a dynamic Beverage Manager to curate and maintain our beverage program. We are also looking for someone who loves staff education, interacting with guests, and managing the floor.As one of our key leaders, we will provide you the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic restaurant, in an environment that allows you to develop both personally and professionally.This position offers a comprehensive package including: A base salary range of $90,000- $100,000 Quarterly bonus program Paid vacation and sick time Medical, dental, and vision benefits coverage Dining discounts at over 25 affiliated STARR Restaurants- and more! Desired Qualifications: 3+ years of restaurant or beverage manager experience in service-oriented, culinary-driven restaurants 3+ years of experience in managing, mentoring, and coaching a service team Sommelier certification desired Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with administrative tasks including inventory, scheduling and payroll A long-term commitment to excellence and team success La Mercerie is an equal opportunity employer.
